Gentle Warmup
- Light Cardio and Stretching
Instructions: Start with light cardiovascular movements like marching on the spot followed by gentle stretching to prepare the body for yoga practice.
Equipment used: Yoga mat
Duration: 5 minutes

Main Yoga Sequence:
- Downward-Facing Dog
Instructions: From a standing position, bend forward to place your hands on the mat, extending your hips upwards to form an inverted V-shape with your body.
Duration: Hold for 1 minute
Muscles worked: Shoulders, hamstrings, calves - Warrior II
Instructions: From standing, step one foot back and bend the front knee to a 90-degree angle, extend your arms to the sides at shoulder height, gazing over the front hand.
Duration: Hold each side for 30 seconds
Muscles worked: Legs, hips, core, arms - Tree Pose
Instructions: Stand on one leg, place the sole of the other foot on the inner thigh, maintaining balance while standing tall and focusing on a fixed point in front.
Duration: Hold each side for 30 seconds
Muscles worked: Legs, core, balance - Seated Forward Bend
Instructions: Sitting with legs extended forward, hinge at the hips to reach your hands towards your feet, deepening the stretch in your hamstrings and back.
Duration: Hold for 1 minute

Cool-Down:
- Instructions: Wind down with a few minutes in Child’s Pose or a similar restful position to relax the body and mind.
