Cardio Warmup

  • Light Jogging
    Instructions: Begin with a light jog to warm up the body, increase heart rate, and prepare muscles and joints for exercise.
    Equipment used: None
    Duration: 5 minutes
    Muscles worked: Cardiovascular system, legs

Dynamic Stretching

  • Instructions: Perform full-body dynamic stretches such as arm circles, leg swings, and lunges with a twist to increase mobility and flexibility.

Main Exercises:

  • Dumbbell Squats
    Instructions: Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides and perform a squat, keeping your back straight and chest up.
