Warm-Up

  • Light Cardio and Dynamic Stretching
    Instructions: Begin with a light cardio session such as jogging or jumping jacks for 5 minutes followed by dynamic stretching focusing on major muscle groups.

Main Exercises

  • Squats with Dumbbells
