Warm-Up

  • Dynamic Stretching

Main Circuit

  • Burpees
    Instructions: Start in a standing position, drop into a squat with hands on the ground, kick back into a push-up position, do one push-up, return to squat and jump up with arms overhead.

  • Kettlebell Swings
