Goal: To focus on recovery and enhance joint mobility through gentle exercises and stretches, crucial for maintaining long-term fitness and well-being.

Gentle Warmup
- Light Walking
Instructions: Start with a light walk, focusing on breathing deeply to increase oxygen flow throughout your body.
Equipment used: None
Duration: 5 minutes
Muscles worked: Legs, cardiovascular health
Dynamic Stretching
- Instructions: Engage in dynamic stretches such as leg lifts and arm swings to gently mobilize the joints and warm up the muscles.
Main Mobility Exercises:
- Yoga Cat-Cow
Instructions: Start on all fours, alternate between arching your back towards the ceiling and dipping it towards the floor, deeply inhaling and exhaling with each movement.
Equipment used: Yoga mat
Duration: 3 sets of 10 cycles
Muscles worked: Spine, abdominals - Shoulder Rolls
Instructions: Roll your shoulders forward and backward in a circular motion to help release tension and increase mobility.

Duration: 3 sets of 10 rolls in each direction
Muscles worked: Shoulders, upper back - Ankle Circles
Instructions: Lift one foot and rotate the ankle in circular motions, then switch directions and repeat with the other foot.

Duration: 3 sets of 10 circles in each direction per ankle
Muscles worked: Ankles, lower leg muscles
Cool-Down:
- Instructions: Continue with light walking or gentle stationary cycling to help maintain circulation and ease the body back to a resting state.
