Goal: To enhance strength and endurance in the upper body, focusing on shoulders, chest, arms, and back.

Warm-Up
- Arm Circles and Shoulder Shrugs
Instructions: Start with arm circles followed by shoulder shrugs to warm up the shoulder joints and increase blood flow to the upper body.

Main Circuit Exercises
- Push-Ups
Instructions: Perform traditional push-ups or modify them on your knees. Focus on keeping your back straight and descending as low as possible.

Duration: 3 sets of 12 reps
Muscles worked: Chest, shoulders, triceps - Dumbbell Rows
Instructions: Bend over with a dumbbell in each hand, pull the weights back towards your hips, keeping your elbows close to your body.

Muscles worked: Back, biceps - Bench Press
Instructions: Lie on a bench, press a dumbbell in each hand from chest height to above your chest. Keep your movements controlled.

Instructions: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, curl the dumbbells while keeping your elbows fixed by your sides.
